Management - Worker Interaction : The Annual Management-Worker Function is held every year on the auspicious festival of Dushera. The function is a direct interaction between all the workers and the management. The Incentives under various schemes for the workers are submitted by the Managers to the Management. Special recognition is given to workers and staff members who have served the firm for 25, 20 and 15 years. A small party is hosted by the workers for their mates and the management. The party is followed by a photo-session.
