OUR MANAGEMENT :

We are four brothers who are involved in leading from the front each business section. We are guided by our father. Youngsters in our family may join us if suitable opportunities are available, otherwise we are open to employing suitable professionals. Our details are as follows :

 (1) B. V. Malani  F.I.E

Mr B.V. Malani, F.I.E. has been associated with large  industrial groups as General Manager & Chief Executive. He was  instrumental in  setting up of Digvijay Cement Company Ltd, Jamnagar and  West Coast Paper Mills Ltd, Dandeli. His experience of over 50  years is of immense value to B Malani & Company. Mr. B. V. Malani, now well into his 80's, is still a regular visitor to the sales office and the workshop.

 (2) Ashok Malani  B.E.(Mechanical)

Mr Ashok Malani has an experience of more than 35 years in Trade & Industry. He worked as Plant Engineer  at  West Coast Paper Mills before  joining B Malani & Company. He is an expert in  Automobile  and Earthmoving  Equipment  Sales  and is very  proficient  in  Human Resources Development. Under his guidance, during the last  10 years,  B.Malani & Company has made rapid  progress.  Mr  Ashok Malani  is  Past  President of  Maharashtra  State  Jaycees, Secretary of Maheshwari Professional Cell and an active  member of  Vidarbha Industries Association and the Rotary Club of Nagpur.

 (3) Arun Malani B.E.(Electrical)

Mr  Arun  Malani has an experience of  more than 30  years  in Automobile  Sales and Servicing. He has  gained  considerable knowledge  in acquiring land and in building construction  during the  earlier  expansion programme of B Malani &  Company  and  in setting  up  the workshop of Supreme Motors. Mr Arun  Malani  is Past President of Rotary Club of Nagpur East.

 (4) Nakul Malani B.Sc. (HONS) LLB

Mr Nakul Malani is experienced in Sales  of Automobile  spare parts and vehicles in Bombay and Nagpur for  more than 30 years.  His expertise in  Inventory  control  and  Financial Management has seen the company surge ahead. He implemented the use of  computers in the various departments of the company. Mr Nakul Malani is a  member of Nag-Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce and has also been an active member of the Rotary Club of Nagpur since the last 15 years.

 (5) Satish Malani B.Sc. (HONS) DBM

Mr  Satish Malani worked with M/s. Enamelled  Wires Ltd,  Bombay.  He  has managed the sales  of  Office  Automation products  and of Automobiles. He is also an Investment  Adviser. Mr  Satish Malani has an experience of  30 years in marketing.  He is past DRR of Rotract Club.

 (6) Vikram Malani B.E. (Industrial), M.S. (CIS),USA

An Engineering graduate as his father Mr. Ashok Malani, Vikram Malani served the company for three years. He handled the spare parts division and computerised the same in order to serve the customers better. He is currently working with an IT firm in California, USA.
